With more than 15 years of experience in structural design, Marcel plays a vital role in turning architectural plans into build-ready shop drawings for our panel production line. His deep understanding of building codes, construction workflows, and technical precision ensures that every project is designed for efficiency, accuracy, and seamless site installation. Whether it’s a custom home, duplex, townhouse, or multi-unit building, Marcel works closely with builders and engineers to deliver solutions that meet spec — and exceed expectations.

Estimator & Structural Design Technician
Fresh from completing the Building Engineering Technology program at NBCC, John brings a strong foundation in structural analysis, drafting, and construction detailing. Their training included hands-on experience with building materials, steel and reinforced concrete design, and an in-depth understanding of building codes and sustainability practices. Eager to apply their knowledge, John is committed to delivering precise estimates and innovative design solutions for our clients' projects.

Production & Shop Manager
With over 35 years of hands-on experience in construction and manufacturing, Jacques oversees all aspects of our panel production with precision, efficiency, and a deep respect for quality craftsmanship. His leadership ensures that every wall panel leaving our facility is built to spec, on schedule, and ready for smooth installation on site. From coordinating shop teams to managing materials and workflow, Jacques is the backbone of our operations — ensuring the job gets done right, every time.
